ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel)
Aluminum composite panel (ACP) is a revolutionary and versatile decorative panel for use in curtain wall and cladding applications. ACP can be easily cut, bent and shaped to fit any specific design requirements. Other features include high safety and durability and easy cleaning and maintenance. ACP is also an environment friendly product.
We carry the ALCOPLA® Brand. This is an innovative and versatile composite material, made of non-toxic Low Density Polyethylene, approved and tested by the U.S. FDA. The polyethylene core is laminated between two high-strength coil-coated aluminum sheets in an ISO 9002 accredited environment.
The outer surface of ALCOPLA is coated with KYNAR 500 PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) by a licensed applicator - PPG, who has been coating coil for over 25 years in U.S.A. The rear surface of ALCOPLA panel is protected by a green chromate finish. The coil coating systems have been tested and approved by the American Society for Testing  and Materials (ASTM).

Because of the unique combination of strength, flatness and formability, ACP can be utilized in a wide variety of applications such as:
Architectural Curtain Wall, Door Panels, Column Covers, Beam Wrap,
Signage, Spandrel Panels, Interior Decoration, Ceilings, Fascia, Auto Bodies
